Our mission

Idaho Outreach Medicine exists to make high-quality medical care easier to access—and easier to stick with. We bring primary care and select specialty services to patients where they’re most comfortable: at home, in assisted living communities, or wherever care is needed.

Our goal is simple: help you feel better, faster—without the friction of long waits, rushed visits, or unnecessary trips across town.

Our story

We started Idaho Outreach Medicine because we saw a gap in the way traditional healthcare serves busy families, seniors, and patients managing ongoing conditions. People aren’t avoiding care because they don’t want it—they’re avoiding it because it’s hard.

When a visit requires driving, parking, waiting rooms, coordinating caregivers, taking time off work, and then being seen for 10 minutes… care gets delayed. Symptoms get ignored. Plans don’t get followed.

So we built a model that does the opposite: unhurried visits, thoughtful follow-up, and care delivered where life actually happens.

Why house calls

House calls aren’t “old-fashioned.” They’re efficient—and often the best way to deliver real care.
