Telehealth Visits

Care that fits real life

Telehealth makes it easier to get medical guidance and ongoing support without a drive, a waiting room, or rearranging your day. If your concern is appropriate for a virtual visit, we can often help you quickly and efficiently, with the same thoughtful approach we bring to in-person care.

To request a telehealth visit, call (208) 515-3743, text, or submit a request and we’ll confirm next steps.

When telehealth is a great fit

Telehealth works well for many common needs, including:

  • Follow-up visits and check-ins

  • Medication refills (when appropriate)

  • Review of labs and results

  • Ongoing care planning for chronic conditions

  • Weight loss program follow-ups

  • Hormone therapy follow-ups

  • Mild acute concerns (when safe to manage virtually)

If you’re not sure whether your situation is a fit, reach out. We’ll help you choose the right type of visit.

When an in-home visit is better

Some concerns are best evaluated in person. We may recommend an in-home visit if you need:

  • A hands-on physical exam

  • Vitals and a more complete assessment

  • In-person testing, treatment, or procedures

  • Worsening symptoms that require closer evaluation

Our goal is simple: get you the right care in the safest and most effective way.

What to expect

Telehealth visits are straightforward:

  1. Request care by call, text, or form submission.

  2. We confirm fit and schedule your visit.

  3. You meet with your provider by secure video or phone.

  4. We outline next steps clearly, including prescriptions, labs, or an in-home follow-up if needed.

Service area and availability

Telehealth is available to patients within our established service region. Availability varies based on clinical needs and scheduling.

If you’re outside our usual area, contact us and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

Important note

Telehealth is not appropriate for emergencies. If you are experiencing severe symptoms such as chest pain, difficulty breathing, signs of stroke, or a life-threatening situation, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
