Our medically supervised weight-loss program is built to provide safe, personalized, and effective care with transparent pricing and a simple, patient-friendly process. One of the ways we keep costs down is by working exclusively with trusted local pharmacies here in Boise and Eagle. By partnering locally instead of using expensive out-of-state or online compounding services, we’re able to ensure quality, maintain consistency, and pass meaningful savings directly on to our patients.
Step 1: Initial Consultation – $249
Your journey begins with a comprehensive telehealth visit. During this appointment, we will:
Review your full medical history
Discuss weight-loss goals
Go over labs or order new ones if needed
Assess whether medication is appropriate and safe
Review dosing, side effects, and expectations
Explain how pharmacy fulfillment and delivery work
Build a personalized treatment plan
If medication is appropriate, your prescription will be sent to one of our trusted local pharmacies. We partner with them intentionally to ensure quality and to keep costs as low as possible for our patients.
Step 2: Your Medication Is Filled Through a Partner Pharmacy
Beginning in 2026, all weight-loss medications will be dispensed exclusively through two local pharmacies.

After your appointment:
I send your prescription directly to the pharmacy
The pharmacy contacts you
You pay the pharmacy for the medication and delivery
The medication is shipped to your home or delivered locally
Step 3: Follow-Up Every 3 Months – $199
Ongoing monitoring is essential for your safety and the effectiveness of the program. These follow-up visits are not billable to insurance, as insurance does not cover this type of supervised weight-loss care. They will be processed as self-pay only.
Patients will meet with me via telehealth every 3 months to review:
Progress
Lab results - if necessary
Medication response
Side effects
Dose adjustments
During this visit, I will renew your prescription for the next 3 months and schedule your next appointment.
Refills cannot be provided without a follow-up visit.
Medication Pricing (Paid to the Pharmacy)
Pricing varies by dose, but most patients fall within these ranges:
